Update – Sulphur Springs Election Results

In races for the Sulphur Springs City Council,  Freddie Taylor defeated challenger Reiko Alexander, Incumbent Emily Glass was defeated by challenger Jeff Sanderson, and Incumbent Doug Moore defeated challenger Landon Thornton. All local propositions on the ballot were approved.

IN other Hopkins County results:

Miller Grove ISD $2 million bond issue passed

Winners for the Yantis ISD Board of Trustees were April Johnson and Jeff     Quinn

Winners for Como-Pickton ISD Board of Trustees were JJ Cummings, DJ Carr, Jim Murray,       Brittney Smith and  Shiloh Childress.

Como City Elections winners were Mayor Darla Henry who was unopposed, Councilman Jerry Radney who was unopposed,  and Steve Smith by 6 votes over Ronnie Nabors.
