Sulphur Springs Man Faces Child Porn Charge

Bond has been set at $20,000 for a Sulphur Springs man arrested for Possession of Child Pornography. Officials arrested 57-year-old Kenneth Dwayne Mitchell after the 17-year-old victim contacted Hopkins County investigators. Mitchell allegedly had pornographic pictures of the victim.
