I. CALL TO ORDER: Invocation and Pledges
II. FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS
A. Announcement by the President whether a quorum is present, that the meeting had been duly called and that the notice of the meeting had been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
B. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees conducted on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 5:00 pm, the special meeting of the Board of Trustees conducted on Monday, January 24, 2022, at 6:00 pm, and the special meeting of the Board of Trustees conducted on Monday, February 7, 2022, at Noon, all held in the Board Room of the SSISD Administration Building.
III. PUBLIC FORUM:
A public forum is limited to the designated open forum portion of a meeting per policy BED (LOCAL).

VI. ACTION ITEMS
A. Consider an order calling a school board trustee election. (Exhibit VI-A) [Sandra Gibby] B. Consider an order calling a bond election. (Information sent to Board under separate cover) [Michael Lamb] C. Consider approval of Head Start COLA (Cost of Living) Budget Revision. This revision transfers $1,299 from the Supplies budget category to the Equipment category due to a price increase on the playground equipment applied last spring. (Exhibit VI-C)
D. Consider approval of Resolution 2-22 re: Wage Payments During Emergency School Closings – Inclement Weather. (Exhibit VI-D) [Josh Williams] E. Consider and take possible action regarding termination of term contract employee Amy Anderson before the end of the contract period.
