A Sulphur Springs man just released on bond for allegedly trying to take a gun from a peace officer has been arrested again in Cumby. Billy Carl Chapman kicked in the door of a residence and stole prescription medication and fought with the resident. New charges against Chapman include Burglary of a Habitation and Obstruction or Retaliation.
