Two Sulphur Springs men were arrested by Cumby Police after their vehicle was stopped on I-30 for having a defective license plate light. A small amount of cocaine was found in the cup holder of the vehicle and 22-year-old Jose Angel Valdez, and 24-year-old Jorge Heriberto Perez Gomez were arrested.
