An undercover investigation conducted by the Hopkins County-Sulphur Springs Special Crimes Unit has resulted in the arrest of a local man on felony drug charges. Andy Tyler Lem Jones, 24, of Sulphur Springs, was taken into custody at his residence after he allegedly sold between one and four grams of methamphetamine. He remains in the Hopkins County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bond.
