Sulphur Springs Man Caught With Fraudulent ID Papers

Bond was set at $30,000 for a local man stopped by Sulphur Springs Police for driving while his license was invalid.  Officers found a large quantity of identification papers belonging to other people and arrested 37 year old Michael Carl Spradling. He was charged with use or possession of  of fraudulent identification information.  HE remains in the Hopkins County jail.
