Sulphur Springs Man Charged With Indecency

Hopkins County investigators received a complaint about a Sulphur Springs man who had allegedly attempted to commit indecency with a child by sexual contact. Further investigation led to a warrant issued for 35-year-old Joseph Dean Winship, and they arrested him hiding in a closet at his residence. He is in the Hopkins County jail on a $35,000 bond.
