Sulphur Springs Man Faces Three Indecency Charges

Hopkins County Deputies learned of three outstanding warrants for 49-year-old Ascanio Munoz Ramirez of Sulphur Springs. Deputies found him at his residence on CR 3349 and took him into custody. He was booked into the county jail on two counts of Indecency with a child by Exposure and one count of Indecency by contact. His bonds total $175,000.
