Sulphur Springs Man Gets 15 Years

Eric Dale Bailey, 31, of Sulphur Springs was an ex-employee of Father and Son Auto on Gilmer. On April 29 firefighters returned to their station and spotted a car fire behind that business. Video from the area later identified Bailey leaving the business after the fire. Eighth Judicial District Court Wednesday found Bailey guilty of felony-two arson. The court sentenced him to 15 years for the crime.
