A 52 year old Sulphur Springs man charged with 1 count of possession of child pornography and 2 counts of distribution of child pornography has been sentenced to federal prison. Fernando Sosa-Pintor received three terms of 240 months each, to be served concurrently. The case was prosecuted by Hopkins County deputies and the FBI and prosecuted by the US Attorney’s office.
