Hopkins County Deputies responded to a verbal disturbance on CR 4791. Deputies contacted Jeremy Shane Robinson of Sulphur Springs, and he admitted to discharging a firearm into the area when the argument was over. Deputies later determined that Robinson had fired the gun in the direction of an occupied residence, and they charged him with Deadly Conduct, a third-degree felony. The bond is $10,000.
