Sulphur Springs Man Jailed On Felony Drug Charges

As the result of an extensive undercover investigation, the Sulphur Springs–Hopkins County Special Crimes Unit arrested a Sulphur Springs man on felony drug charges. Edward Ray Ryan Hilburn, 38, was taken into custody Tuesday morning on two counts of manufacture and delivery of between one and four grams of methamphetamine in a drug-free zone. He remains jailed in lieu of  $70,000 bond.
