Sulphur Springs Mother Charged With Injury To A Child

Bond has been set at $50,000 for a Sulphur Springs woman charged with Injury to a Child.  SCU and CPS officers conducted an investigation that showed the 8 month child of 24 year old Courtney Leigh Plunkett had a higher level of methamphetamine in than she did.  The child is now in CPS custody.
