Sulphur Springs PD, City Hall Phones Down

The Sulphur Springs City Hall and Police Department’s non-emergency phone line went down Tuesday. Frontier has told City Manager Marc Maxwell that the problem appears with the modem. The 911 emergency number was not affected.
