Sulphur Springs PD Traffic Stop Results in Drug Charge

28 year old Kerry La Terry Gotcher was arrested by Sulphur Springs police on a felony drug charge after he was stopped for having an obscured license plate. He admitted to having marijuana in his vehicle and a probable cause search was conducted. Officers found 4.5 grams of methamphetamine and Gotchers was arrested for possession of more than 4 but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance.
