Sulphur Springs Police Investigating Robbery Of Motel Guest

Sulphur Springs Police are investigating an armed robbery of a guest at the Best Western Hotel Saturday night. An armed man reportedly entered a 69-year-old man’s room through an open door and demanded money. The man gave the suspect money, but the suspect demanded more. He fled when the man said he had no more money. The suspect was described as a skinny white male, possibly Hispanic.
