Bond was set at $17,000 for a Sulphur Springs teenager arrested by Sulphur Springs police on drug charges. Quenton Adis Latham was charged with possession of more than 28 but less than 200 grams of Penalty 2 group controlled substance in a Drug Free Zone and possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was initially stopped by police for walking on the wrong side of the road.
