Sulphur Springs police have arrested a 14 year old boy in connection with the vandalism of the Hopkins County Veterans Memorial. The boy is accused of sketching a face on a pillar at the memorial and writing the name “ Romeo”. Because of the boy’s age, his name has not been released.
