Superville Announces Major Highway Expansion

Lamar County Judge Chuck Superville announced a major highway expansion. TxDOT and the state approved, but not all are funded. A number of projects include US 82 from Bonham to Lamar County line ($70m) and US 82 from Paris ‘Loop west to Fannin County. US 271 South from the Loop to Titus County. Once completed US 82 becomes four-lane from Wichita Falls to Bowie County.
