Suspect Accused Of Fatal Hawkins Shooting Claims Self-Defense

Bond is $1 million for a man accused of murder at a Hawkins convenience store. Devin Jevon Harper allegedly shot Ibory Dale Taylor twice, once when Taylor was on the ground. Harper maintains the shooting was in self-defense.
