Suspect In Cass County Manhunt Fatally Shot

A 24-hour search in the Huffines Community near Atlanta in Cass County has ended deadly. Authorities believed that the unidentified suspect had burglarized several homes in the area and fled when officers contacted him. He was later found in a maintenance shed, reportedly presented a firearm toward the officers, and was fatally shot. Texas Rangers are leading the investigation.
