The man accused in a double shooting in the parking lot of the Waffle House in Texarkana has surrendered to authorities. Reportedly, 30-year-old Calvin Gardner was booked into the Bi-State Jail on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Both shooting victims are now expected to survive their wounds.
