Suspect Jailed In Big Sandy School Threat

A suspect was arrested Monday afternoon for allegedly making a threat against Big Sandy ISD campuses on Friday. Although the threat was not deemed viable, all law enforcement remained on campuses from noon until school was released. Officers then provided extra security at the football game Friday night. The suspect is in the Upshur County Jail, but they have not released his name.
