An East Texas man has been arrested in connection with a murder that occurred on May 23. Officials booked 20-year-old Tramaine Eugene Butler, of DeBerry, into the Panola County Jail for the fatal shooting of 22-year-old Keileon Johnson, of Waskom. Another person was shot in the hand during the incident and survived.
