An East Texas man was hospitalized in undisclosed condition after a shooting at a convenience store on Lake Cherokee. Gregg County Deputies say the victim was shot at the Barracuda Gas and Grill Sunday afternoon at about 5:30. The owner of the store said the shooting happened outside and there was no robbery. The suspect fled the scene after the incident.
