Harris County Constable Ted Heap asks for the public’s help locating Oscar Rosales, who the Houston Police Department identified as the suspect in Corporal Charles Galloway’s murder. Oscar Rosales is a 51-year-old Hispanic male who they think is still be in the Houston area. He is known to change his appearance and should be considered armed and dangerous.
Rosales allegedly shot to death Galloway after a traffic stop in the 9100-block of Beechnut early Sunday morning. Galloway was a 12-year veteran who served as a Field Training Officer in Precinct Five’s Toll Road Division.
Police have recovered Rosales’ vehicle and arrested two family members charging them with tampering with evidence. There is a $60,000.00 reward offered for information leading to Rosales’ arrest.
