Suspected East Texas Child Beater At Large

An East Texas man is wanted for allegedly beating a child. Rusk County investigators say 25-year-old Raheem Marshall is wanted for felony injury to a child. They say it’s imperative he gets captured as he is an extreme danger to children. Marshall was last seen in the Carthage area.
