Suspects Surrender After “Frosty” Vandalism In Sulphur Springs

The suspects who vandalized the inflatable “Frosty the Snowman” Christmas decoration in front of the Fox and Fig Store on Main Street in Sulphur Springs have come to authorities. They also made restitution to the Fox and Fig owners and apologized for their actions.
