Suspicious Person Call Leads To Sulphur Springs Arrest

Sulphur Springs Police responded to a suspicious person call on Jefferson Street and made contact with a man sitting against a fence. He was identified as 20-year-old Angel Guadalupe Jasso who said he was homeless. It turned out he was wanted on a Dallas County warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He’s being held for Dallas authorities.
