SWEPCO Rate Hike

AEP-Southwestern Electric Power Co. customers will see their electricity bills go up beginning this month after the Public Utility Commission approved a SWEPCO rate increase.  A Texas residential customer using 1,000 kilowatt-hours per month will see a hike of about $8.31 per month.
