Talco Woman Faces Narcotics, Other Charges

Titus County arrested 45-year-old Cathy Jean Flowers of Talco for Possession of More than four but less than 200 grams of a Controlled Substance, Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport, and four misdemeanors. Her bonds total $24,500, and she remains in the Titus County Jail.
