COMMERCE – Texas A&M University-Commerce football fans now have the opportunity to upgrade their seating options, as the Lions are adding 175 new chairback seats to the west side of Memorial Stadium in time for the 2017 season.

These new chairback seats will be in Sections C and E, flanking the current chair back seats. Season tickets for these new seats are available for $65 for the back-to-back-to-back Lone Star Conference champion Lions’ five-game home schedule.

“We dedicated our entire spring and summer to improving the fan experience and engaging more communities with Lion football,” A&M-Commerce director of athletics Tim McMurray noted. “In that comprehensive process, we discovered the opportunity to offer additional seating options for fans that were inquiring about season tickets for the first time. With a waiting list already, we look forward to additional sales over the next five weeks.”

Season tickets are also still available for east side chair back seats and general admission tickets.

Lion Fan Day is Saturday (Aug 19) at 9:00 am with Select-A-Seat opportunities for new season tickets, as well as the chance for existing season ticket holders to pick up their 2017 tickets and Football A-to-Z packets.
