TC Student Arrested On Weapons Charge

A Texarkana College student was arrested on a weapons charge after an argument on campus. Officials are accusing 21-year-old Stephen Burris of unlawfully carrying a weapon after police say he had a gun in the waistband of his pants, in view of everyone. Officials said that’s against the law, even though Burris has a valid license to carry permit.
