Teacher Recognized for Supporting North Lamar Athletes

North Lamar High School history teacher Steve Jones, right, earned the “Game Changer Award” by the Panther football team.  NL Athletic Director Aaron Emeyabbi, left, presented a signed football to Jones during the homecoming pep rally.  The award will be given to teachers that make a difference for student athletes in the classroom and that support them during competition.
