A 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl were arrested after they crashed an SUV into a fast-food restaurant early Monday morning. It happened around 3 a.m. at a Kentucky Fried Chicken in Texarkana. No one was hurt in the crash and there was no major damage to the building. The vehicle belonged to the grandmother.
