An Alabama teen has pleaded guilty to his role in the armed robbery of the Motel 6 in Lindale. A court sentenced 18-year-old Demarcus Lamar Barlow to eight years in prison. He was captured by Smith County Deputies, state troopers and a game warden who responded to an emergency notification of a robbery in progress. The other suspect, Terreze Reed, will go on trial in February.
