Authorities have arrested a suspect who allegedly made threatening phone calls to Marshall schools. Officials arrested 17-year-old Quincy Earl McCollister Wednesday on two counts of making a False Alarm or Report, Emergency, which is a state jail felony. School District Police led the investigation, with assistance from the Marshall Police Department.
