Teen Killed By 16-Year-Old

Royse City Police arrested a 16-year-old in the shooting death of Alexander Villegas, 18. They say the teen was negligently handling a firearm when he fired the weapon, and the death was a result of an accidental, self-inflicted gunshot wound. However, that did not match the physical evidence, and the ongoing investigation did not support the first report. Police say they still believe the shooting was accidental.
