Teen Killed In Crash At Athens

A two-vehicle crash on TX-19 has claimed the life of a 16-year-old Murchison teen Sunday at 7:40 pm. It was three-tenths of a mile east of Athens. The teen was driving a 2008 Chrysler Sebring eastbound when they lost control and traveled into the westbound lanes. He struck a 2021 Lincoln Corsair, and Justice of the Peace Milton Adams pronounced him at the scene.
