Teen Robs Takes Bullets

Raheem Kabia, 17, of Texarkana, is in the Bi-State jail after allegedly displaying a handgun and stealing bullets at Academy Sports. They charged him with aggravated robbery in the July 19 incident, according to the Texarkana, Texas Police Department. His bail is $40,000. They took a 16-year-old who allegedly was involved in the robbery to a juvenile detention center.
