An East Texas man arrested in connection with a fatal car crash in Panola County in 2022 has pleaded guilty to Intoxication Manslaughter. Mitchell V. Williams of Teneha was sentenced to ten years in prison but will be allowed to apply for shock probation after serving 120 days. Eighteen-year-old Devin Smith died in the crash.
