Texarkana Man Charged With Decades Old Sexual Assaults

A 74-year-old Texarkana man has been arrested on seven counts of sexually assaulting a female relative when she was a child. The alleged victim, who is now 25, came forward at the urging of her therapist. William Troy Sisco allegedly abused the child for years at locations in Arkansas and Texas.
