A Northeast Texas man was arrested on drug and weapons charges after a routine traffic stop at the 132-mile marker of I-30 in Hopkins County. Fifty-year-old Patrick Tripler O’Connor of Bowie County was taken into custody after state troopers found marijuana, oxycontin, hydrocodone, and two handguns in his vehicle.
