Texarkana Man Jailed in Titus County On Drug Charges

Thirty-three-year-old Thomas Gooch of Texarkana was arrested in Titus County on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bonds total $23,000 and as of Sunday night, he remained behind bars.
