Texarkana Teen Formally Charged With Attempting To Steal Plane

A Texarkana teenager has been formally charged with commercial burglary and theft of property with a value of more than $25,000. Reportedly 18-year-old Zemarcuis Devon Scott was caught inside an airplane at Texarkana Regional Airport and told arresting officers that he planned to steal the plane and fly to a rap concert in another state. Scott said he had never flown a plane but figured it wasn’t too hard.
