David Lee Gonzales, 40, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, is now in custody after turning himself in on Tuesday in Houston. Gonzales, who is a Tango Blast Houstone gang member, was wanted for parole violation. The arrest was not the result of a tip, and no reward will be paid.

In 2005, Gonzales was arrested in Pasadena, Texas, after he burglarized a residence and physically assaulted a man, causing serious bodily injury. He was convicted of burglary of habitation-committed aggravated assault and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. Gonzales’ criminal history also includes robbery, possession of marijuana and evading arrest.
