Texas Bars Opening At 50%

Governor Greg Abbott says bars across Texas can reopen next Wednesday. He says bars can open at 50 percent capacity as long as they follow the restaurants’ social distancing and safety policies. Local county judges will have the ability to decide whether they want to opt into the reopening program based on the number of COVID-19 cases in their county.
