Texas City Mandates People Wear Masks Or Face $1,000 Fines

Everyone in Laredo, Texas over the age of five years old must now wear a mask when out in public. The City says residents can use coverings such as homemade masks, scarfs, bandanas or handkerchiefs. Violators face a fine of up to $1000.
