Texas College President Resigning

The President of Texarkana College has announced his resignation after 7-½ years, effective in January. James Henry Russell said he has taken a new job as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with BWI Companies, an agricultural provider, distributor and wholesaler in the private sector.
